6 Things Super Successful People Do Daily

There are certain traits of successful people that lead to their success. Amongst others super successful people have pleasing personalities, and they get the best out of other people. They also know how to be a leader in their own lives so they get the best out of themselves as well.

One of the traits of successful people is that they know how make a lot of money. Lets face it, money is one of the tangible ways to actually measure your success, BUT…and a big BUT at that, money is not the only yardstick by which to measure your success.

To be super successful you must love people and use money and not do that the other way around. Loving people means you make a difference in both their personal and professional lives.

Here are some ideas that you can implement on a daily basis to develop the traits of successful people:

1. Listen More Than You Speak.

You were given two ears and one mouth so use them proportionately! A novel concept right? How many times have you had a “conversation” with someone and you could tell all they were doing was waiting for their turn to speak, they didn’t absorb a word you said, they just waited of the gap in your talking and they jumped right in so they could say their shit.

How did you feel about that person? Well then maybe its time we start listening to what people have to say, make them feel important, ask them questions, ask them to expand on their ideas. They will feel like a million bucks and you will reap the benefit.

2. Get Busy Doing What The Others Are Still Speaking About

Don’t wait on things to come to you, go out there and make things happen. People are drawn to a leader ad a leader gets things done. While other people are still taking about ideas and figuring it all out you could have started taking some action, while other are still messing around you have already sent some emails, set up some meetings, done some research. People will follow you when you make shit happen.

Don’t wait, get busy now.

3. Recognize The Efforts Of Others.

There are so many ways to show others you care about other people; how you do anything is how you do everything. So how do you treat the cashier the grocery bagger, the delivery person?

Remember to love people and use money so say thank you to anyone that does anything for you. Go the extra mile, make eye contact, exchange a word of kindness, and acknowledge them for what they are doing. You will see them beam and that will come back to you tenfold. Respect comes by giving respect.

4. Dominate, Don’t Domineer.

You’re in charge so take control of the situation. But ether is a big difference between dominating and domineering; lets go to so dictionary definitions…

Dominate “to rule over; govern; control.”

Domineer “to rule arbitrarily or despotically; tyrannize.”

Ever worked for a domineering boss? Don’t be that way, take control and be in control, but do not be a tyrant.

5. Celebrate Life.

As a super achiever you do have big plans and you are working towards some big goals. But you don’t want to fall into the trap of never being satisfied because you never reach your goals. There is a fine balancing act to follow here, you want to keep yourself “mentally broke”, meaning you avoid complacency by always working towards more than you have right now; but you must be happy where you are right now.

So get out the tight rope walking equipment and walk the line of celebrating your mini wins and constantly striving for more in life.

6. Know How To Criticize People.

You re taking action and getting things done and sometimes your team will fuck things up and piss you off.

When that happens it’s a natural reaction to go off the deep end and really chew people out. But be realistic, people make mistakes and how you handle that is crucial to how they will react to you. Remember the dominate vs domineer definition? So when you have to criticize us ether “sandwich method”; first acknowledge them for the good things they have done in the past, then explain that what they have done now id not up to their usual standard, then tell them you know they will do great things in the future. Remember to address the “actions” and not the “person”.


Super successful people get things done; they get other people to support their vision because they love people and treat them accordingly.
